Question:
How can you boost your energy level so you can enjoy life more?
Answer:
To have the most energy:
Sleep right - Get 6-8 hours of sleep each night.
Hydrate right - Drink 6-8 glasses of water each day.
Eat right - Eat natural, healthy foods - especially plenty of veggies - and avoid fried and processed foods that are loaded with bad fats and sugar that destroy your digestive system and can lead to allergies, arthritis, diarrhea, immune dysfunction, fibromyalgia, etc.
Exercise right - Moderate exercise - enough to sweat - at least 30 minutes 3 to 5 days each week.
Think right - A positive mental attitude, with a belief in God, has been shown many times to help your health.
Keep you control system tuned up right - Chiropractic adjustment on a regular basis, as determined with your chiropractor, helps keep your nervous system, which is your master control system for every cell, tissue, and organ in your body, functioning in tip top shape.
