How can I develop better balance?
You can improve your sense of balance by doing activities that demand the skill. Even if we did not grow up balancing on a tight rope in the circus, you can maintain and improve your sense of balance by daily activities such as walking, dancing, riding a bicycle. There are five simple exercises described inthis month's article that will help you develop better balance. In addition, chiropractic care helps maintain proper joint mechanics, thus helping you maintain a good sense of balance.
