Vasyli "Slimfit" Orthotic
By Rick Allen, DC
Make sure your feet are well supported when dancing. Over the past few months I have reviewed dance shoes, pointing out the features found in well-made dance shoes for both men and women. Sometimes we need custom foot supports, technically called orthotics. This may especially be the case for women wearing high-heeled dance shoes. The challenge is fitting a functional orthotic in a small shoe without it sticking out the side of the shoe. I recently found a brand that works well - Vasyli Custom Slim-fit Orthotics. I reviewed them in this month's article.
